The Dimond Center is committed to making your visit a safe and secure one. We offer many services and programs that provide a safe and comfortable environment for our shoppers.
Our security office is located by the Tower’s South entrance to the mall, on the ground (lobby) level. Security personnel actively patrol the Dimond Center inside and out 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Outside, security patrols are performed in marked patrol vehicles.
Security also maintains a state-of-the-art CCTV system that is monitored 24-hours a day. Security personnel are radio dispatched and dedicated to providing the best in customer assistance.
Some of the highlights that Dimond Center Security offers are:
APD Police Substation
For your comfort and protection, a closed-circuit camera surveillance system is on operation throughout the property. The cameras are monitored by Security and functioning 24 hours a day.
Parking Lot Patrol
Security patrols the parking areas year round in marked patrol vehicles. These vehicles are highly visible, always looking for suspicious activity, and provide assistance to customers in the parking lot. Some examples of assistance that Security can provide are:
• Jump-starting vehicles
• Retrieving keys locked inside vehicles
• Assisting in locating lost/misplaced vehicles
